October 17th thru October 19th, 2013
Wisconsin is not the only state with quality river musky fisheries.  Minnesota has plenty to be proud of when it comes to river Muskies.   Minnesota doesn’t need to play second fiddle to anyone.  We have many large Muskies that make the Gopher state rivers their home.    To showcase these rivers, I have put together “The Minnesota Musky Tour.”  We will fish three of Minnesota’s world class Musky rivers in three days.  Some might call it the Musky Trip from Hell.
Here is the break down of the trip:
We arrive in Big Falls, MN on the evening of October 16th.  We will fish the Big Fork river on October 17th.  When we are done, we will drive to Brainerd, MN that evening.  On October 18th will will fish the Upper Mississippi River.  The Big Fork and the Upper Mississippi are special reg rivers that protect the giants from over harvest.  When we are done will will drive to Monticello, MN and will stay at the Wildwood Lodge.  On the 19th, we will drive to the St. Croix River for our last day of chasing the fresh waters equivalent of a Permit.  If you like a challenge, this trip may be for you.  It will test your patience and stamina as a fly angler.
The cost of the Trip is $995 per angler.  This includes 3 days of guided fishing, lodging, use of terminal tackle and lunches and beverages on the river.
