Fly into Minneapolis/St.Paul International Airport. We will pick you up and we’ll head directly to the river. We will fish all that day. You will stay at Wildwood full sized apartment for the evening. The next morning we will enjoy another day of pursuing exciting Smallmouth Bass. After the day of fishing I will return you to the airport for you departing flight. Included in this trip is 2 full guided days of fishing, apartment rental, airport pick up and drop off, and lunch both days.

$1495 for two (2) Anglers

Full Day Float Trips:

This includes one or two persons. A full lunch is provided along with full use of terminal tackle. These trips range between 8 to 10 hours. This is our most popular trip and offer the best opportunity to learn and catch fish.

After Work Special:

This is a evening float on the Upper Mississippi. We are on the water by 5 P.M. and float till dark. This trip is also for one or two persons. This trip is a great way to get a taste of western style fishing. It is the best bargain and an excellent trip to get started with. This is my favorite trip for beginners.

  1. Kip, good talking today on Camp Creek.

  2. What Saturdays do you have open for 1 full day trip for 2 people for bass ?

  3. Hi Kip, about how many hours are your after work floats? I have back issues and a whole day is to long. What areas do you fish on those trips? I have been fly fishing smallmouth on the Mississippi for 40 years and am always the one helping the people wth me running the boat etc, looking to get the experience of just relaxing and casting, not keeping the boat out of the rocks, trees ,proper positioning…well I am sure you get it….thanks Mark

    • Mark,

They usually start around 4 or so and go till dark. 4 or 5 hours. We fish in and around Monticello for those trips. Sorry for getting back to you so late. I have been out of town for a couple weeks and am just getting back into the swing of things again.
Let me know if I can help in any other way.

  4. Hi Kip, I am an avid fly fisherman who would love a shot at a Muskie. Can you give me an idea of the best time to “attempt “ to catch these monsters. I looked for rates on your site but was unable to find them, can you give me The 2019 rates. I am a single fisherman and can be reached at
